Tour Actions

Each NISGUA speaking tour tends to be accompanied by a ‘tour action’ - a way that people coming to events can immediately respond and show their support for the struggle that the speaker represents. These actions are usually in the form of petitions or letters addressed to key Guatemalan, U.S. or international decision-makers. A successful tour can generate hundreds of such letters, which helps to amplify the positions that the speaker is spreading throughout the tour.
